Centenary building in stone and wooden beams that includes several studio apartments, modern, furnished and fully equipped. It is centrally located and with excellent accessibility. It was completely renovated in 2017, respecting the original characteristics and its history. It has an unusual "layout" and modern furnishings, providing comfort for our guests.

All units include a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, hob, coffee maker, microwave, crockery and cutlery. The apartment also comes equipped with Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are also provided.

Guests have access to all the facilities of the apartments and a shared outdoor space with a private pool where they can sit and relax while enjoying the sun after their experience in Porto. This space and the swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests and elements of the property.Located in a quiet and central area and with excellent accessibility. The “Combatentes” Metro Station is less than 5 minutes on foot (300 meters) and with buses passing by the door. Supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, shops and cafes can all be found within walking distance.

Across the street is the "Block of Costa Cabral" that is classified as a monument of Public Interest. Designed by "Viana de Lima" and built in the 50's. Among others, notable for the sculptural relationship between the expressionist pala of entry and the staticity of the housing block.

Less than 50 meters away is the "Fernando de Castro House Museum", which houses paintings (Henrique Pousão, Silva Porto, Sousa Pinto, Malhoa, António Carneiro), sculpture (17th and 18th centuries) and ornamental arts, with special emphasis for the work of carving. It can be visited by prior appointment at the Soares dos Reis National Museum.

There are also remarkable rows of dwellings within the framework of nineteenth-century Porto architecture, some with balconies-gazebo on the roofs, or end-of-the-century style dwellings favoring the use of granite, iron and tile.

It is close to the "Combatentes" subway station, located less than 5 minutes on foot (300m), with easy access to all places of interest in Porto. Avenida dos Aliados and the historical center of Porto - less than 20 minutes (5 minutes walk and 3 metro stations). S. Bento Station is at the next station (another 2 minutes)

Very clean apartment with all kitchen facilities and bathroom. Having pool was brilliant. It is a little out of the center, but location is good, it has excellent local restaurants and supermarkets and the metro (Combatentes). The Estádio do Dragão (Porto FC) is also nearby.

Clean. TV-set, Kitchen, WiFi, equipment and gadgets available. Marvelleous outdoor swimingpool (is a gift!). Very good located, just 3 direct metro-stations to the city centre.

This was my second time at 733. I stayed in a back studio (pool view). Quieter and more reserved. Functional room, with everything needed for a longer stay.
